Initial Drying

• Raw ore is either naturally sun-dried or dried using rotary dryers
• Moisture is reduced to ensure effective grinding and chemical activation

Crushing & Grinding

• Dried bentonite is crushed using primary jaw crushers
• Further pulverized in advanced Raymond mills or roller mills
• Particle size customized (typically between 100 and 325 mesh) based on application needs

Chemical Activation

• For sodium bentonite applications, calcium bentonite is treated with soda ash (Na₂CO₃)
• Enhances swelling capacity, binding strength, and rheological properties
• Used in sectors like drilling, foundry, iron ore pelletization, and more

Screening & Classification

• Processed material is screened using high-efficiency vibratory screens
• Ensures uniform particle distribution and removal of any residual impurities
• Custom grades available for specific industrial requirements
